The Job
As our Sales and Office Administrator you will report to the Head of Sales, working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Warehouse and Fulfilment teams. A lot of your time will be spent working directly with trade customers and direct consumers via the phone and email. As a customer’s first point of contact with our business, in many instances, you’ll be responsible for shaping perceptions of Wiper and True.

This is a pivotal role that not only supports but significantly contributes to both our Sales and Warehouse and Fulfilment teams' ambitious targets and business objectives. Your composed and organised manner will be tested by the range of activities that you will be required to carry out on a daily basis:
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with our local, wholesale and export customers taking orders by telephone and email. Specifically, providing an informed and solutions focussed approach to dealing with all customer enquiries and helping to problem solve any issues, thus cementing our reputation of providing the best customer service to our customers.
Build new and repeat business through weekly inbound and outbound telesales calls with excellent customer service and targeted sales pitches to generate more weekly orders to support our field sales teams.
Working closely with our warehouse and fulfilment teams to ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and in a timely manor, and work together to constantly improve our processes and ensure we hit our Sales and Warehouse and Fulfilment KPIs.
Present data and reports around key customer service metrics and customer feedback to Head of Sales.
Manage “Brew Man”, our brewery management software, to monitor stock, place orders and produce reports.
Work closely with our marketing team to send out bi-weekly email communications.
Preparing report data for our Financial Controller.
Manage and provide best in class customer service for our E-Commerce channel, which includes emails / calls / live chat / resolving issues and working closely with distribution team to ensure KPIs are met.
Uploading and updating product information on the online shop.
Oversee small customer collections and courier dispatch.
Chase overdue debt when required.
Managing and maintaining stock on our online marketplace platforms such as Eebria Trade, Sellar and Shopify.
Central coordination of sales related marketing materials: Inputting in to label and keg badge ordering and stock management and Point Of Sale items.
Welcoming visitors and contractors to site as required.
Stock office supplies.
Additional support to other office based teams is required on an ad-hoc basis alongside the main sales administrative duties. The nature of this work will depend on capacity and priorities.

Excellent organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and knowledge of using databases.
A practical, problem solving mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A customer-centric approach.
The ability to multitask effectively.

Location: Old Market, Bristol
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week, we are looking for someone to work the following working hours and to be office based.
Monday 8am-4pm
Tuesday to Friday 9-5pm
Some remote working or flexibility with hours can be considered Wednesday to Friday.
Salary: Salary circa £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus bonus.
