London Account Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and target driven Account Manager. This role will focus on the management of our existing customers, whilst seeking new business opportunities in London and South East.

As such we are looking for new people to join our sales team as we continue on our journey making Beautiful Beer.
The Role
We are looking for a target-focused, ambitious and passionate Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, ideally in a similar industry, and be willing to go the extra mile for our customers, to set ourselves apart in the industry.
Reporting to our On-Trade Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on existing and new relationships with London trade accounts. You will be responsible primarily for finding new business and trade account management across a variety of customer types including; wholesalers, on-trade, off-trade.
Objectives
Grow number of hero product tap lines in London and in the South-East
Work alongside wholesalers to ensure trade venues receive the delivery service they required
Identifying and win opportunities with multi-site pub group operators
Strengthen relationships with our existing wholesalers as well as identifying new wholesale opportunities
Grow the brand further through events and activations
Work with the rest of the Sales, Marketing and Distribution team to deliver the department objectives and meet sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team on initiatives to help grow the brand.
Alongside the required London travel to visit customers, there may be a requirement to travel nationally and internationally. In addition, you will be required to travel monthly to our headquarters in Bristol.

Demonstrate an ability and appetite to deliver growth in a strategic manner, balanced with a proactive and adaptable approach.

A passion for beer, food and flavours.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong customer focus.
Able to work autonomously with great time management and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A self-starter who is motivated and independent but who still enjoys the collaborative aspect of working with the wider team.
Competent at Microsoft Office or Apple operating software, particularly Excel / Numbers.
Previous demonstrable track record of sales in this industry or similar.
Experience of working with data to develop customer and product sales analysis and insights.
Full UK Driving Licence is desirable.

Location: London with travel as required.
Hours: Full time.
Salary: Salary Package circa £40,000 per annum. Basic salary including London weighting is £34,000-38,000 per annum, plus bonus.
