Head of Finance
We are looking for a dedicated Head of Finance to work closely with the CEO to drive and shape the Company's financial direction, optimise core business processes, and play a key role in its growth.
About Us
Wiper and True is a founder-led, fast-growing, award-winning brewing business, based in Bristol.
We are dedicated to making Beautiful Beer and providing an extraordinary place to work.
Our vision is to become the best independent craft brewery in the UK, starting in the South West. In 2024 we were named Brewery of the Year and Sustainability Champion, in a prestigious poll of our peers and industry commentators.
Wiper and True comprises two interconnected businesses.
The first business is a state-of-the-art production facility that brews beer to be sold to the On- and Off-Trade, E-Commerce and for contract partners.
We also run our own venues. Our two distinct destination taprooms each have their own unique character, but both offer our customers a space to try our beers and experience our brand through events, music, food and brewery tours.
Both parts of the business are in high growth and have exciting plans for the years ahead.
The business prides itself on the quality of its award-winning range of premium products, which are available across the UK. The business is well invested with top-of-the-range equipment and a sophisticated operation that delivers consistently high-quality beer at good margin.
We are looking for a Head of Finance to join our exceptional leadership team, and work closely with the CEO to drive our growth plans.
We have a strong balance sheet and shareholder base.
